  • , . Where as Mr. Thomas Taylor late of Providence in the Co. of Providence in the Colony of Rhode Island in New England, goldsmith who parted this life on the 24th day of Jan. anno domini 1742/3 dyed intestate and left a considerable movable estate which by the law of this colony fell into
    the care of the Town Council of Providence above said. And where as his relict Widdow Mrs. Ann Taylor hath already exhibited an inventory of the movable estate of her said deceased husband before the town council of Providence aforesaid and hath allso given in bond with sureties for her true and faithful performance of her administration upon said estate. There as therefor to order and fully impower you the said Ann Tayler of Providence above said to take into your possession care and custody all and singular the goods chattles and credits that belonged to your said deceased husband at the time of his death and on the same goods chattles and credits carefully to administer according to law in order to discharge his debts and to credits and do in all cases recating the premises as the law requirreth of administratixx to do. And render an account of your said administration unto the said town council or to their successors in said office on or before the seventh day of February next coming after the date.

    An inventory of all and singular the goods and chattles of Thomas Taylor late of providence, gold smith, who departed this life ye 24th day of January AD 1742/3.
