- Partnership: Elmer W. Adams, in 1834-1836, in Seneca Falls NY. As MARSHALL & ADAMS. Marshall provided the finacial backing for the firm, which produced wood and brass movements. They sold primarily through a network of independent pedlars. Adams bought out his partner in 1836 and continued on his own.
